Rahab
Rahab is an experienced support worker with NVQ qualifications and have worked with adults and children within health and social care sector. She has extensive experience in working with learning disability clients and dedicated to providing excellent service for all her clients.
Registered Manager
Anita
Anita is the registered manager for Tru Care services while Rahab is the nominated person.
Anita is a qualified social worker with experience of working within local authorities and the private health and social care sector. She has extensive experience in community support work and very passionate in advocating for the vulnerable and those in need. Anita has excellent people skills; communication skills hence thrive in building professional relationships.
OUR STAFF
We ensure that our staff are well trained and complete both mandatory and any other additional training required prior to starting work. These training courses include but not limited to: Equality & Diversity, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, Safe Use of Medication, Health & Safety, Basic Life Support, Infection Control, Moving & Handling, Food Hygiene, The Mental Capacity Act, and Fire Safety Awareness.
Our Staff are required to pass a DBS check and to provide two satisfactory references before they commence work with us. We provide regular supervisions to our staff to ensure their welfare is prioritised and that the quality of care provided is uncompromised.
